Roxy Summer Splash Part 3

At night, we all ate dinner at Dragon-i or i-Dragon.. tak tau yang mana...



The food, well, wasn't to what I expected it to be..

But, anyway, as the saying goes, food suck, friend is what matters more.. :D

Roxy Summer Splash Part2

So, as I was saying, I manage to get into Sunway Lagoon..


and, haha.. do, or more like...see..what other people do..

We left the place, after 2 hours inside, and OMG..the crowd was still there!!

Ok, so, I got the tickets to go Roxy Summer Splash, got the hearts to go too, but, was, squash like never before...

Even the police man beg for help!!


anyway, we, big hearted people, wanted to get in so badly, wanting to know what was going on inside..


Oh well, after 2 hours of being sardined..

we manages to get in..


And Oh MY GOD!! The crowd at the back of us, is just, gastronomical!

Behind the Scene in a kitchen at Palace of Golden Horses

Alright, so, this will sum up my food review at Palace of Golden Horses...

And, I'll sum it up with a little behind the scene..

Ok Ok, so, we ended the day with some black and white chocolate.


We talked and talked, actually, I was more like just listening to the interesting topic being discuss between Sidney and the Chefs..

Example, chemical food and fresh food...

I'll save that topic for my food science friend to talk about la..haha...

Ok ok,
This is my first time dining in the kitchen itself, and I must say, I was really impress.
Dining in kitchen or out in the open with public, I must say, the Chefs at Palace of Golden Horses still pay attention to every detail on keeping the diners happy.

I myself really enjoyed my dining experience in the kitchen, and I believe, just a thought, everyone should dine in the kitchen from now on! Haha...



First time dining in a kitchen,
this is also my first time, taking pictures with chef!!
haha... Just look at how friendly they are.. Like one big happy family that love to cook..




Anyway, I met Kenny Sia Mah there....


and a lady who can talk so much about food.. It just keeps me wondering, is what I'm studying now what I enjoy doing.. Because, food just sounds to interesting... It like, never ending!!


OK, here is also an interesting...thing la..haha..

everyone seems to be interested in these fruit.. So, I just snap a picture.. :D


Anyway, let me show you a picture, of a food, that was not up to the chef standard..


Almost no different huh.. but, here is what wise chef Ricky have to say

"If it is duck, you would want to make the sauce more dilute.
If it was beef, you would want to make the sauce more ticker."

There you have it, a LAW on FOOD!



Here is how well, and clean their hands was when preparing food..


Anyway, if you think having a pet lobster in a kitchen is funny..


and seeing a blogger take picture is not funny..

Haha... I must say, all of us on that day, learn a little extra knowledge..

Main Course and Dessert at Palace of Golden Horses Malaysia

Alright right, if there is starters, where is main course and dessert.
Just like, action and reaction.

So lets starts with beef on my voyage to complete my food review in a restaurant in Palace of Golden Horses. (More info on it once I get it)

So, guys and girls, meet Moo....

Beef in sauce mixed with red wine top with garlic roasted with olive and asparagus.
The big white leafs, I totally forgotten what it is. I'll fill up the info once I've the menu and possibly recipe.. :P


It is truly unlike any other beef I've tasted. It's just done right for the mouth to chew and feel it's rich flavors in your mouth..



Ok..ok.. people..now.. lets meet Mr. Beh... or, what was part of Mr. Beh...

The lamb was good, real good actually... Very soft the tender...


Haha..now, lets meet Miss Quak....

I don't really like duck... but, I like Miss Quak..cause she didn't taste like the normal duck at all..

Oh wait, did i just mention that I tasted Miss Quak?

Ops... :)

And now, desert..

Mango with Rum...

I would like to elaborate more on this.

Normally, when you mix rice with food, rice is rather tasteless and all you can taste is your food.
This is the first time, I tasted something, so, CONTRA!! Its like, sweet and alcohol.. It really enrich the mango taste..


The last dish I had was.. a very colorful and happy Christmas dessert..

Why do i call it Christmas, well, just look at the colors, it's red and green (Santa) with flakes of white (snow).. *winks*

Haha... do notice the size of the raspberry...
It was the last thing i ate on that plate.. haha..

alright, that almost sums up my entire entry... just one more to go..
